Bunnings Warehouse Clarkson

Bunnings Warehouse Clarkson is a 3 hectare site located on the outer perimeter of the Ocean Keys District Commercial Centre. BDG was engaged by Bunnings Group Ltd to provide town planning services including; detailed due diligence advice, and preparation and negotiation of a development application.

The development included the following key elements:

  • A total retail floorspace of 17,967sqm;
  • A 9.5 metre high pre-cast concrete panel ‘main building’ finished in Bunnings corporate colours and signage;
  • Glazed main entry area;
  • Outdoor nursery and bagged goods area;
  • Building materials and landscape yard; and,
  • A total of 478 parking bays, comprising 125 above ground and 353 below ground car bays.

Our expertise in planning applications and negotiation capabilities resulted in the Metro North-West JDAP granting development approval.
